What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive whatever you type: name, phone number, optional email address, service selection, location, and your message. If you call dispatch directly, we keep the details needed to reach you and complete the service.

How forms are delivered

When you submit the contact form, this site sends the message by email to our inbox using the configured form endpoint. Your phone number is included so we can call you back; if you provide an email address, we may reply that way as well. Hosting and form providers may log technical data for abuse prevention.

Spam protection

The form includes a hidden field that bots often fill in by mistake. If that field is not empty, the submission is discarded.

Cookies

This brochure site does not use marketing trackers.

Retention

We keep customer messages only as long as needed to finish the job and handle any follow-up. If you want a copy removed sooner, contact us and we will delete what we can reasonably access.

Changes

We may update this page when our tools or legal duties change. The date at the top will move when we edit the text.
